Make a warranty claim
If your Beatbot has a fault, lodge a claim here so we can get it to the right people straight away.
Have these ready: your robot's full serial number and your order number or proof of purchase. You'll find the serial in the Beatbot app (Device details), on the sticker under the filter basket, or on the label of the original box.
